1)遇三价铁离子生成有色络合物,料体在几天内由浅黄转橄榄绿或黄褐——来源可能是硬水、磨损的铁质搅拌桨、含铁色粉,不一定是配方本身。2)与碱性原料(氨甲基丙醇、三乙醇胺、皂基高 pH 体系)接触当场变深黄至橙色,且不可逆。3)与阳离子表活及阳离子聚合物易絮凝。4)与过氧化物、过氧化苯甲酰等氧化型原料共存会褪色并可能产生异味。5)与锌盐、铜肽同锅有变色风险,这类组合必须单独做兼容性小试,不要靠经验判断。
稳定性
黄色明显,是无色/浅色配方最容易翻车的一味。pH 每上升约一个单位颜色明显加深并趋于不可逆;见光后表面层先褐变,透明瓶装常最先在瓶肩出现色差;80℃ 以上长时间保温加速黄变。常见防护做法:pH 控在 4.0–5.5;必配螯合剂(EDTA 二钠 0.05–0.1%,或植酸/GLDA);全程 316L 不锈钢设备、禁止铁质工具;内包避光或加不透明外盒;稳定性做 45℃/3 个月加光照对照,验收标准写成色差上限。
工厂投料要点
粉体在水中溶解度有限,建议先用丁二醇/丙二醇或含少量增溶剂的水相在 50–60℃ 溶清、过 200 目筛后再入主锅,否则未溶颗粒会在膏体里形成黄点——灯下检膏时这是客户最容易挑出来的缺陷。乳化体系降温到 45℃ 以下后加。加料顺序上必须先加螯合剂再加黄芩,顺序反了当场看不出差别,问题在货架期才暴露。换品种时产线要彻底清洗,黄芩残留会把下一锅白膏染成米黄色。透明水剂建议增加一道 0.45–1 μm 澄清过滤。
