Four things buyers ask about our raw-material traceability

The raw-material side of BIOSPHERE: 20+ partner mountain cultivation bases across Bijie (Guizhou), Kashgar (Xinjiang) and Qingyuan (Guangdong), plus an Amazonian dual-source strategy. Graded harvesting, residue ledgers, direct sourcing and classics-guided selection all run before material enters the plant. Batch test reports — actives, pesticide residues, heavy metals — ship with every lot.

Can we specify a growing region?
Negotiable. Each region has its own climate logic; we recommend by the formula’s activity needs, and region-specific orders are confirmed for feasibility at the scoping stage.
Do you provide per-batch test reports?
Yes — actives content, pesticide residues and heavy metals, issued per batch; growing environment and fertiliser records live in the traceability ledger, one file per batch.
Is the "classical formula" story just marketing?
No. 20,000+ classical texts have been digitised; the canon supplies leads for selection and pairing, and every lead passes modern efficacy validation before entering the library.
How do Amazonian botanicals stay compliant?
The South-American side of the dual-source strategy is regulation-checked per destination market; for Brazil and South America, registration paths are locked in at the scoping stage.

Why we grow our own raw materials

Commercially available ingredients are available to anyone

What really sets contract manufacturers apart is not equipment — equipment is available to anyone. The difference is at the raw material end: under the same botanical name, the place of origin, plant age, and harvest time can cause active compound content to vary by several times. Growing our own is how we take that variable back into our own hands.
