Formulation view A fast-drying toner with a water/alcohol base, using PEG/PPG copolymer to regulate flow and film formation. Niacinamide and plant ferment extracts are combined to modulate the stratum corneum and provide antioxidants. Copper tripeptide and hydrolyzed collagen support skin structure. Preservation uses 1,2-hexanediol and phenoxyethanol. Ideal for oily skin to absorb subsequent products; high alcohol content requires caution for dry/sensitive skin to avoid dehydration.
