Incompatibilities and failure points

1)与高电解质体系(高盐、氯化钠增稠的表活配方)共存时溶解度进一步下降,析晶风险显著上升。2)与高乙醇体系搭配时,乙醇并不助溶,反而降低其在水中的溶解度,货架期析出针状结晶。3)与尿素、氨基酸类等高浓度水溶性保湿剂叠加,体系总溶质浓度上去,低温时更容易过饱和。4)在pH高于9的强碱体系(如部分皂基)中长期存放会水解失效。5)与深色多酚类草本提取物本身不发生化学反应,但析出的结晶会把提取物颜色裹进去,外观上表现为"有色小颗粒",客户往往误判为微生物污染或原料变质。

Stability

化学性质很稳定:耐热、可随水相加热溶解,不见光变色、不易氧化,含量在货架期内基本不掉。它的失效形式几乎全是物理性的——热态溶清,降温或低温储运时过饱和析出针状晶体,外观上像"长毛"或碎玻璃渣,是消费者投诉率很高的外观缺陷。25℃水中溶解度约0.5%,温度每下降10℃溶解度明显下降,因此冬季运输、冷库暂存、北方仓储都是高发场景。判定必须用低温循环(5℃放置48小时以上再回温观察),常规45℃加速试验对这条原料完全无效。

Processing notes

1)用量守住0.5%以内。想在文案上写更高浓度就必须换方案(多元醇预溶,或改用其它可溶规格),不要靠"多搅一会儿"硬溶。2)水相加热到60–70℃溶解,搅拌到完全澄清、无未溶颗粒为止;残留的未溶颗粒会成为后期结晶的晶种,是最隐蔽的返工原因。3)建议单独做预溶母液:取部分配方水加热溶清后过筛网,再并入主锅。4)冷却过程避免局部急冷,夹套直接通冰水会让贴壁区先结晶,而且结晶不再回溶。5)放大生产的坑是锅底与搅拌死角沉底未溶,小样几分钟溶清并不代表大锅同样溶清;打料前从锅底取样确认无颗粒。6)成品放行前做一次低温循环观察,这一项能挡掉这条原料绝大部分的返工。

结构简单的小分子,常用于舒缓与角质调理方向,肤感中性、几乎不影响体系,加上价格极低,是各类草本配方的常规配角。它的技术难点不在化学而在溶解度:室温水中的溶解上限很低,配方师按"多加一点更好"的思路提量,货架期就会以针状结晶的形式还回来。
