    投料：粉末规格先用少量丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇或 10–30% 乙醇预分散成浆，再细流加入水相，直接撒粉一定结团挂壁；水溶液型规格多自带防腐与共溶剂，入锅前先测 pH。乳化体系放在乳化完成、降温到 45℃ 以下加，不要跟高温均质段一起走。加热上限建议 60℃ 短时。放大生产的坑：批间颜色与活性物含量差异比小样明显，建议按 COA 的苷类含量折算投料重量，而不是固定按公斤投。最重要的一条：和客户确认规格时必须在配方单和报价单上写清是「多少倍提取物」还是「苷类总量 ≥x%」，这是这条料最高频的浓度纠纷来源——客户以为的 2% 和工厂投的 2% 常常差一个数量级。
