Stability
常温稳定;防腐挑战必须做,高分子多糖是良好基质。长时间高温会降解导致黏度下降,避免反复加热。
Processing notes
水相溶解,先用冷水或多元醇分散再升温,直接撒进热水必结团。加热上限 70℃、时间尽量短。来料按黏度指标验收,批次差异明显。
