Incompatibilities and failure points
阴离子聚合物,与阳离子聚合物(聚季铵盐类)、阳离子表活及季铵化调理剂配伍会形成复合物,出现浑浊、絮凝或黏度骤降。高浓度电解质会压缩分子链,高盐配方里高分子量透明质酸钠的黏弹感会大打折扣。乙醇超过约 20–25% 会析出,醇含量高的爽肤水要选耐醇型号或降低用量。在低 pH 且存在游离金属离子或过氧化物的体系(例如高浓度抗坏血酸配方)中,链断裂加快,表现为存放期黏度持续下降,必须做加速验证。与卡波、黄原胶叠加时黏弹协同,容易出现拉丝与搓泥,叠加要重新配平。
Stability
干粉在干燥避光下稳定,吸湿结块后既难分散又已开始降解。水溶液对氧化敏感,游离金属离子、过氧化物与高温都会加速链断裂,通常配合螯合剂并控制加热温度与时间。不建议长时间 70 ℃ 以上加热。pH 低于 3 或高于 9 加速水解。溶液极易被微生物利用,母液不可隔夜存放,必须现配现用或在含防腐的水相中配制。最常见的稳定性投诉是黏度衰减而不是外观变化,因此加速试验必须把黏度作为判据之一,只看外观会漏判。
Processing notes
粉体先用少量水或甘油、丙二醇预分散再撒入水相,静置水合 30–60 分钟,高分子量还要更久;不要靠升温和高速均质催熟,高剪切会直接降黏且不可恢复。建议在水相配制早期加入完成水合,或单独配母液在降温到 45 ℃ 以下并入。报价与规格书必须写清分子量区间(或特性黏度)与来源:同样写 0.1% 透明质酸钠,高分子量做出来是黏滑成膜,低分子量做出来是清爽无感,客户比价或换供应商时几乎必然产生纠纷,认为配方被换。多种分子量复配时分别配母液再合并,并把各自牌号写进配方单而不是笼统写 HA。高盐或高醇配方要提前做兼容小试。

由 N-乙酰葡糖胺与葡萄糖醛酸交替连接的直链多糖钠盐,目前主流为微生物发酵法生产。高分子量在表面形成连续膜、黏弹感与拉丝明显;中分子量兼顾铺展与保湿;低分子量与寡聚形态黏度极低、肤感清爽。配方中主要承担保湿方向与肤感调节,是草本体系里最常见的搭档组分。
