Incompatibilities and failure points

① 对金属离子极敏感，不加螯合剂时痕量铁铜即可在数周内引发明显酸败；含矿物粉体、植物提取物或用非去离子水的配方尤其危险。② 与 pH 4 以下的 AHA/BHA 去角质体系共处会加快游离脂肪酸释放与返味，实务上不建议组合。③ 与胺类中和剂、阳离子调理剂共存会走黄变路径。④ 与面向热带市场、无空调仓储渠道的产品基本不兼容，除非上单剂量或强阻隔包材。⑤ 与「无添加、不加抗氧化剂」的品牌诉求互斥：这支油没有抗氧化保护根本交付不了，客户若坚持无添加，正确做法是换一支油，而不是硬做然后在货架上翻车。

Stability

① 常用植物油里最难稳的一支：室温、有氧、透明包材条件下，几周就能闻到鱼腥-青草味，这是 ω-3 氧化的典型走向，客户会直接判为变质。② 光与氧的权重大于温度，但温度会同时放大两者；产线暴露时间要按分钟计，不是按小时计。③ 必需的组合：0.2–0.5% 混合生育酚 + 脱味级迷迭香提取物 + 0.1% 螯合剂 + 氮气覆盖 + 完全避光高阻隔包材（深色玻璃、真空瓶、单剂量安瓿），少任何一样都可能不够。④ 保质期承诺要格外保守：即使做满保护，成品也建议按 12 个月谈，热带市场按 9–12 个月谈，PAO 写 3–6 个月，绝不能用其他植物油的经验去推。⑤ 来料必须是低温压榨、氮封、冷藏储存的批次，到货即测过氧化值；常温运输两个月的桶货开桶时可能已经不合格。⑥ 加速试验要同时看气味（安排专人闻香）与过氧化值——它通常在外观完全正常、不分层不变色的时候就已经返味了，只看外观必然漏判。

Processing notes

① 放在最后一步冷补：降至 35–40 ℃ 以下加入，加完立即收料灌装，绝不让料在敞口罐里过夜。② 抗氧化剂预溶于紫苏籽油，且要在开桶后第一时间加，不要等到配料当天——桶里那几天的氧化是不可逆的。③ 配制罐必须氮气置换；均质时间压到最短，能不高速就不高速。④ 原料 2–8 ℃ 冷藏储存，投料前只回温当天要用的小桶，不要整桶反复升降温。⑤ 开桶即分装小瓶并氮封，开桶后两周内用完为宜。⑥ 稳定性必须用真实包材，并额外跑一档模拟真实使用的场景（开盖后每天开合、放在浴室），常规密闭加速试验测不出这种情形下的返味。⑦ 商务上：报价时就把「必须配深色或高阻隔包材、保质期偏短」写进技术条款，避免客户自己配了透明瓶再回头追责。
