Incompatibilities and failure points

1)与纯水相体系基本不相容,直接投入水剂或精华会析出白点、白絮,过滤也去不干净,这是最常见的返工原因。2)与丙二醇、丁二醇、甘油等多元醇单独共热并不能真正溶解,热态看着清、冷却后重结晶。3)与高浓度乙醇体系同样是热态假澄清,降温或低温运输时结晶析出。4)与全部由非极性成分组成的油相(高纯硅油、异十六烷、轻质酯)相容性差,需要有一定极性的油脂、多元醇酯,或胆固醇加脂肪酸的共熔体系带它。5)与乳化能力弱、单一乳化剂的体系搭配时,冷却后会从乳液中泛出,表现为膏体发粗、涂抹有颗粒感。

Stability

分子本身对光、氧、pH都相当稳定,不易氧化变色,因此它的失效形式几乎全是物理性的。熔点高(通常在90℃以上),冷却过程中一定会经历再结晶,成品有没有白点取决于降温速率与共存脂质体系,而不是储存条件。最能暴露问题的测试是低温循环(5℃与室温之间往返)与冻融,应至少做三轮以上再判定;只做45℃高温加速试验完全测不出这条原料的真实风险。已经析出的结晶回温后通常不会自行溶回,属于不可逆缺陷。

Processing notes

1)绝不直接投料。三条可行路线:一是与胆固醇、硬脂酸等按类皮脂比例做成脂质预混,与乳化剂在油相共熔;二是采购已增溶的液体规格或预分散体,浓度低但省工艺;三是走脂质体或多层乳液的外包工艺。2)油相共熔通常需要升到80–90℃并保温至肉眼完全澄清、无任何颗粒后才能乳化,温度不足是白点的第一来源。3)乳化后降温不要过快,也不要在40℃以下长时间静置不搅,给脂质均匀分散的时间。4)放大生产的坑:小样在烧杯里90℃很容易全溶,几百公斤的乳化锅内部温差大,靠近罐壁先冷的区域会先结晶。必须看锅内实测温度而不是夹套温度,并相应延长保温时间。5)添加量极低,直接称量的相对误差很大,建议先做1:10或1:100的脂质母液再投,不要在500公斤锅里直接称几十克。6)成品放行检验必须加一项低温循环后的目视白点检查,不能只做高温加速。

皮肤角质层细胞间脂质的主要结构类型之一,在配方中作为屏障类脂质补充使用,常与胆固醇、脂肪酸组成类皮脂的脂质配伍。添加量通常在千分之几的量级,对成品性状影响很小,但溶解难度在整个原料库里排前列。这条原料的全部工程难点都在物理形态:能不能真正溶开、以及冷却后会不会重新析出。
