Transcribed from third-party legal databases (LegisWeb, Cosmetoguia): prohibited list = RDC 83/2016 annex plus the 8 substances added by RDC 529/2021; restricted list and fragrance allergens from RDC 530/2021; preservatives RDC 528/2021; UV filters RDC 600/2022. The colorant list (RDC 628/2022) is not yet included (scanned copies only). The ANVISA / DOU text prevails.
