Sodium Myreth Sulfate
Sodium Myreth Sulfate, mild surfactant; good foam, less irritating than SLS.
Sodium Laureth-12 Sulfate
Anionic sulfate surfactant for cleansing/foaming; strong foamer but can be stripping; lower concentration or blend for sensitive skin.
Sodium Cocoamphoacetate
Mild amphoteric surfactant at 0.5–5%; low irritation, suitable for sensitive skin, often paired with anionics.
PEG-120 Methyl Glucose Dioleate
PEG-modified emulsifier; mild, low-foam. For O/W and anhydrous systems, check compatibility and viscosity.
Sodium Chloride
Salt for gel viscosity control; used as precipitant in soaps
PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil
Solubilizer and emulsifier for oil-soluble ingredients; high concentrations may cause contact dermatitis in sensitive skin.
Panthenol
Panthenol (vitamin B5) at 1–5%; moisturizing and reparative, supports barrier recovery
