Incompatibilities and failure points
1)加多了发脆、易断棒,并出现「拖不开」的刮涂感,必须与软蜡和液态油配比平衡;2)熔点高,与低熔点蜡混用时若熔清不彻底会留下颗粒;3)与部分硅油相容性一般,高硅体系需先做相容试验。
Stability
本身极稳定,不是氧化风险点。风险在**工艺**:未完全熔清或降温过快会形成粗晶,表现是表面出汗、起霜、断棒。留样要做高低温循环,看棒体外观。
Processing notes
必须加热到 85℃ 以上确保完全熔清,不要靠「看起来化了」判断;浇注温度与模具温度一起控,冷却速率固定下来再放量产。配方改一次蜡比,棒体的断裂强度就要重测一次。
What it addresses
巴西棕榈叶面分泌的植物蜡,熔点在常用植物蜡里最高的一档(约 80–86℃),硬度与光泽都突出。它是唇膏、睫毛膏与固体防晒里的结构骨架:少量就能显著抬高熔点,让产品在热带气候下不塌。出口东南亚、中东、巴西的产品尤其依赖这一味。
