Incompatibilities and failure points

① 含亚油酸与游离甾醇，遇未螯合的铁、铜离子（水相硬水、含铁色粉、矿物粉体带入）会明显加速氧化并出现油耗味，必须配 0.05–0.2% EDTA 类或植酸类螯合剂，这一条不是可选项。② 与 pH 9 以上体系（皂基、部分染烫脱毛类）共存时甘油三酯缓慢皂化，体系变稠、气味走偏、pH 继续漂移。③ 与过氧化物类强氧化剂（过氧化苯甲酰、氧化型染发）同处一相会快速劣化，必须分包或独立后加。④ 与富含多酚、单宁的水相植物提取物在乳液里长期共存，界面处易发生氧化偶联，成品几个月内缓慢转褐。⑤ 未脱臭的传统烘焙级带明显坚果焙烤气，与清淡花香/柑橘香型冲突，且这股气味在存放中会走味。

Stability

与甾醇谱——阿甘油以 schottenol 与 spinasterol 为主的甾醇谱,和大豆、葵花、菜籽这些常见稀释油(以 β-谷甾醇、菜油甾醇为主)明显不同,是掺假筛查里最难伪造的一项;个别葫芦科籽油也含这两种甾醇,判定以完整甾醇谱与首样比对为准,不看单一峰。

Processing notes

① 建议冷补：主体乳化在 75–80 ℃ 完成，降温至 45–50 ℃ 时补入阿甘油，减少高温暴露、保住气味与生育酚。若工艺上必须与油相同升温，控制在 80 ℃ 以内、保温不超过 30 分钟。② 验收环节是这支油的重点：每批索取 GC 脂肪酸谱与甾醇谱，只给「感官 + 酸值 + 过氧化值」的 COA 不予接收。建立首样留样，后续批次逐批与首样比谱；报价明显低于市场行情的批次优先做掺假筛查而不是庆祝。③ 指定 deodorized / cosmetic grade 冷压，不要拿食用烘焙级打样——气味完全是两回事，客户会判为变质。④ 大罐分装避免反复开盖，分装后立即氮气覆盖；开桶后建议 3 个月内用完。⑤ 深色物料的泵管专管专用或彻底清洗，避免带味到浅色配方。
