Yes, it can. Skincare, color cosmetics, oral care, baby & kids skincare, body care, and fragrance all run under one system, so one order can be scheduled across categories without splitting your brand between multiple factories. Dosage forms cover serums, creams, lotions, face masks, cleansers, powders, lip products, facial oils, toothpaste, and effervescent dental tablets. Capacity: face masks > 500,000 pieces/day, lotions/creams > 300,000 pieces/day. Baby & kids and eye-area products are scheduled on dedicated lines, not co-mingled with color cosmetics.

Do you have ready-made formulas we can use directly?

Yes. Over 13,000 mature formulas in stock, covering all six categories. Most projects start by picking the closest match and adapting it — much faster and more stable than building from scratch, because the base system has already passed stability work.

I have a sample. Can you reverse-engineer it?

Yes. But reverse engineering is not just copying the INCI list — the same ingredient list can produce ten different textures. We work from three angles — texture, rheology, and stability — then substitute ingredients per the destination market's regulations. What you get is a formula ready for scale-up production.

Do you handle packaging?

Yes. Bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, and cartons are sampled in parallel, with compatibility testing alongside. Issues like formula/wall incompatibility, pump suck-back, and print rub-off are caught at the sampling stage, not left for mass production.
