Incompatibilities and failure points

① 谷维素在中性偏碱条件下溶解性与稳定性下降，且见光会让体系逐步转黄；要求浅色或透明卖相的产品必须控制用量或选低谷维素的精炼级。② 与 pH 9 以上皂基体系共存会皂化并释放游离脂肪酸，同时谷维素的颜色变化会更明显。③ 含较高天然米糠蜡，未充分冬化脱蜡的批次低温会析出白色蜡状絮凝，与需要清澈外观的油类产品互斥。④ 与要求完全无色无味基质的高端精华油互斥：即便精炼级也带轻微谷物气。⑤ 天然抗氧化物不能替代螯合剂，未螯合的金属离子仍会加速其中亚油酸部分的氧化。

Stability

① 氧化稳定性明显优于亚油酸/亚麻酸主导的油脂（玫瑰果、月见草、紫苏），原因是自带生育三烯酚与谷维素的内源保护。② 但「自带抗氧化」不等于免加：仍建议 0.05–0.1% 混合生育酚 + 螯合剂，尤其当配方里还有其他易氧化油时——它保护不了别人，先保护的是自己。③ 见光会缓慢转黄（与谷维素相关），在白色乳霜上会被放大成明确的变色投诉，深色包材或控制用量可缓解。④ 冬化不彻底的批次低温浑浊析蜡，回温可逆但外观不可接受，来料必须指定 winterized（冬化）级别。⑤ 耐热性尚可，常规 80 ℃ 乳化无碍，但长时间高温会加深颜色。

Processing notes

① 油相常规 75–80 ℃ 投料，不需要冷补；若配方追求浅色，可把一部分留到 50 ℃ 以下加入，推迟黄变的起点。② 采购要卡死三个规格：是否冬化脱蜡、谷维素含量、脱色脱臭级别。这三项直接决定成品颜色、低温外观和气味，同一个 INCI 名下差异极大，也正是「便宜替代方案」最容易被偷换规格的地方。③ 作为降本提案时不要只比单价：米糠油可能带来轻微黄变和谷物气，必须在打样阶段就让客户签色卡和闻香确认，否则量产被打回的返工成本远高于省下的料价——这是成本替代讨论里最值钱的一句话。④ 与深色植提、金属粉体同配方时，先加螯合剂再进油相。⑤ 大罐存放会分层析蜡，取样前必须搅匀，不要从桶口舀。

What it addresses

油酸与亚油酸比例大致相当的甘油三酯，真正的特点是天然伴随的谷维素（γ-oryzanol）、生育酚与生育三烯酚。除了作基础油相，这些伴随成分对油相自身的氧化有抑制作用，因此常被当成「自带抗氧化补强」的性价比油相，用来整体或部分替代更贵的油脂。肤感中等偏轻、铺展平顺，在成本敏感客户的替代方案讨论里是最先被摆上桌的一支。
