Incompatibilities and failure points
1)本色偏深,浅色配方需按色差取舍或选精炼规格;2)不饱和度较高,与高加量的活性酸类或强氧化性组分同处会加快酸败;3)高油相配方里与硅油比例失衡会出现分层前兆,需先做油相相容性。
Stability
以不饱和脂肪酸为主,对氧与光敏感,开封后应尽快用完。来料按批索取过氧化值与酸价;配方里常规配生育酚抗氧,储运避光并控温。
Processing notes
油相与其它油脂一同加热,不必单独高温;加热上限建议 75℃ 以内,避免长时间保温。颜色与气味有批次差异,量产前留标准样。

阿萨伊果肉压榨/萃取所得,脂肪酸以油酸为主,配棕榈酸与亚油酸,并带天然植物甾醇与生育酚。手感偏中等厚度,不属于快渗类油,做身体与发用时肤感更讨好;深绿到墨绿的本色同样会带色。
