- Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil
- Common in dry/damaged hair; superior penetration vs mineral oils, low comedogenic risk, poor oxidative stability.
- Ethylhexyl Stearate
- Synthetic ester emollient and emulsifier; oil-soluble, light feel, low comedogenicity, suitable for oily skin.
- Isochrysis Galbana Extract
- Blue tansy extract with chrysanthemyl acetate; conditions skin, high allergen risk, limit usage and label.
- Adansonia Digitata Seed Oil
- Babassu/baobab seed oil, emollient; high oleic/palmitic, prone to oxidation, add antioxidants, store in dark.

- Oenocarpus bataua seed oil, high oleic plant oil; emollient and occlusive, greasy feel, suitable for dry skin, caution for oily skin.
- Plukenetia Volubilis Seed Oil
- Inca Inchi oil; Omega-9 rich emollient. Use <5%; pair with antioxidants to prevent oxidation.
- Bertholletia Excelsa Seed Oil
- Brazil nut oil rich in oleic and linoleic acids; high emollience but prone to oxidation, requires antioxidants; caution for nut allergies.
