Incompatibilities and failure points
雷点密集,四类要重点防。一、蛋白与肽类:与水解胶原、丝蛋白、明胶、多肽及酶制剂共用会发生多酚-蛋白络合,先增稠后絮凝,静置数天出现絮状沉淀,同时把肽类活性拉低。二、阳离子体系:与聚季铵盐-10/-7、季铵盐类调理剂电荷中和,体系浑浊、粘度塌陷,洗护配方里尤其明显。三、金属离子:与铁离子生成深蓝黑色络合物,硬水、锅体锈点、含铁色粉都可能让整批发黑,铜离子则加速氧化变褐。四、pH与氧化剂:pH高于6.5快速氧化成醌类,颜色由浅红棕转深棕甚至墨绿;与过氧化物、次氯酸盐等氧化性原料互为消耗,两边同时失效。此外与高浓度电解质共用会降低澄清度,做透明水剂前必须先测澄清度。
Stability
光、氧、pH三条线同时施压。见光见氧持续氧化,颜色单向变深且不可逆;pH上移是最主要的变色驱动,超过6.5后一天内即可见变化;温度每上升10℃氧化速率明显加快。常见防护做法:pH控在4.0–5.5并用柠檬酸/柠檬酸钠一类缓冲对锁住,不要只调一次pH;加0.05–0.1%螯合剂(EDTA二钠或植酸)拦截微量金属;必要时配少量还原型辅助抗氧化剂;包材用不透光或深色瓶,优先真空泵、按压泵减少顶空氧。留样必须同时跑45℃与光照两个条件,只做高温会漏判光致变色。验收标准建议事先与客户约定色差上限,而不是写成不得变色。
Processing notes
粉体先用5–10倍量的水或水/丙二醇(1:1)在40℃以下预分散,搅拌溶清后过滤再投,直接撒进主锅会结团挂壁并造成局部高浓度变色。属后加料:乳化体系必须降温至40℃以下再投,超过50℃长时间保温颜色会往深里走。生产用水建议软化处理或先加螯合剂;乳化锅、管道、过滤网若有锈点会直接把料体染黑,开工前查一遍。称量与暂存环节避免与含铁色粉、蛋白类原料共用器具。放大生产真正的坑是停留时间:小样100g三分钟搅完,500L罐从投料到灌装可能几个小时,顶空氧更多、剪切时间更长,大生产的颜色普遍比小样深,打样阶段就要按大生产的搅拌与静置时长模拟一次,否则客户会拿小样色卡来对大货。
