Incompatibilities and failure points

1) 菊科（Asteraceae）背景需要在配方层面控总量：与洋甘菊、金盏花、蓍草、款冬等同科提取物叠加时，倍半萜内酯类的致敏背景会累加，舒缓线堆料是常见误区。2) 多酚与单宁含量不低，与阳离子调理剂、水解蛋白／肽类同用易出浑浊或絮状。3) 与高浓度电解质同用会返浊。4) 遇铁离子发暗，pH 中性以上颜色加深。5) 含挥发油残留的规格在水剂中若增溶剂用量不足会起雾，透明爽肤水尤其明显。6) 醇提规格直接投入已成型乳液可能局部破乳。

Stability

两条线同时走：颜色和气味。叶绿素与多酚残留使其见光褪绿转黄褐，透明包装三个月内可见；挥发性香气成分在开放搅拌、长时间高温与大顶空条件下大量损失，导致成品草本香型批间不一致，这一条比颜色更容易被客户挑出来。pH 上到中性以上颜色加深加速。防护：避光包装、后段低温投料、加螯合剂、透明剂型选澄清脱色规格、生产全程加盖低速。

Processing notes

第一件事是和客户敲定「要不要保留草本气」。保留：接受批间气味差，并在香精设计上预留空间，香精不能只按小样定；不要味：选脱色脱味规格，工艺省心但草本叙事随之变弱，这一点要提前讲清楚，避免打样后反复。投料放在乳化完成、降温 40℃ 以下；醇提液先与部分水相或多元醇预混稀释再细流加入，直接倒入易局部破乳。加热上限 50℃。放大生产的坑：大锅静置后原料本身的青草气比小样更明显，且顶空大导致香气损失更快，因此香精定型样必须按放大批做；贴片面膜要连无纺布一起做闻香和色泽的加速试验，布上的表现与料体不同。
