Incompatibilities and failure points

本身偏酸并含有机酸,大比例替代配方水会把体系 pH 整体拉低,与不耐酸的活性(部分肽类、某些植物提取物、部分防腐体系)同用必须先测终点 pH 再定配方。与阳离子调理剂共用易絮凝,水剂里出现浑浊或缓慢沉降。与高浓度电解质(氯化钠及各类盐)叠加会使卡波类增稠体系粘度骤降。含铁、铜等痕量金属会催化其中酚类与糖类组分氧化,颜色发黄发暗,不加螯合剂几乎必然出现色漂。与含硫醇类原料或强还原剂同用会加重气味问题。

Stability

最典型的货架期问题是气味漂移与澄清度漂移:高添加量配方在加速试验期间可能出现酵母味变酸变重、液体由清转微浑,具体出现时间随添加量、pH 与包材差异很大,必须按本配方实测并逐周记录,不能套用经验值。

Processing notes

属水相料,可在水相配制阶段加入,但若配方需要长时间高温分散增稠剂,建议留到降温至 50℃ 以下再补入,减少热致气味。高添加量时不要指望后期用碱大幅回调 pH,应以它打底后逐步微调,一次性加碱会造成局部浑浊。与卡波体系配合时先中和体系再加它,或分批加入并观察粘度跌落幅度。灌装前必须过滤并留样看澄清度。包材匹配是采购最担心的一环:高含量配方建议按玻璃、PET、PP 以及带内涂层铝管分材质做相容性试验,重点看气味吸附、变色,以及酸性体系是否侵蚀内涂层。放大生产要按批留样,并在规格中写明可接受的颜色与气味范围。
