Incompatibilities and failure points

1) 菊科交叉致敏:与洋甘菊、金盏花、蓍草同科,叠加会放大菊科敏感人群风险。身体与运动线特别爱堆草本,这里要克制,一个配方保留一种菊科来源就够。2) 倍半萜内酯本身是已知的接触致敏方向,与高加量丙二醇、乙醇等渗透促进剂,或与果酸、水杨酸类去角质成分同用,刺激是叠加的,不建议放进酸类产品或以破损、术后皮肤为定位的产品。3) 与薄荷醇、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯等清凉剂常见共用,但这些成分会一起推高整体刺激与气味负担,必须整体评估而不是逐个评估——单看每个都合规,合起来仍可能不耐受。4) 多酚遇铁离子显色。5) 醇提规格与卡波姆体系相冲,高醇量下卡波稀化,按摩凝胶应改用非离子增稠或耐醇型聚合物。

Stability

黄酮与多酚见光遇氧变色,黄绿色提取物会向棕色漂移;透明按摩凝胶是最容易暴露这个问题的剂型,建议避光包材或深色瓶。pH 偏碱会加速变色与活性降解,建议锁在 4.5–6.5。高温保温会损失挥发性成分与部分内酯,按后加处理,建议 45°C 以下加入。油浸提物规格要连同载体油一起考虑氧化,搭配生育酚并避光。还有一个常被混淆的点:与清凉剂共用的体系需要单独测挥发损失,薄荷醇在开口保温阶段挥发明显,成品清凉感不足往往是这个原因,不是山金车的问题,但现场经常一起被追责。

Processing notes

1) 按后加料处理,降温 40–45°C 以下加入,先做预稀释再入锅。2) 出海项目必须在立项阶段就锁定目标市场清单再决定加量:不同市场对山金车的使用部位与浓度态度不一致,部分市场把其制剂放在传统草药或药品范畴。等包材开版、印刷稿定了才发现要改配方,损失的是整套包材和上市窗口,这是这条原料最贵的一个坑。3) 含它的配方建议走完整的刺激性与致敏性评估路径,并保留供应商提供的倍半萜内酯含量数据备查;婴童线与面部敏感线不建议使用。4) 气味明显,做无香或淡香配方需在实际基质中评估。5) 与高油含量按摩基质共用时要更保守:油相会延长其在皮肤上的驻留时间,刺激叠加风险随之上升,同样的加量在水基和油基里不是一回事。6) 加完复测 pH。
