Lightweight diester solvent and emollient, non-greasy feel; common oil phase carrier; low irritation.
Cetearyl Alcohol
Fatty alcohol emulsifier at 1-5%; non-ionic surfactant
Potassium Lactate
Buffer and humectant at 1–5%; adjusts pH to 4.5–5.5, boosts moisture, low irritancy.
Cetyl Dimethicone
Silicone emulsifier/conditioner; excellent slip, hydrophobic, non-comedogenic.
Cyclopentasiloxane
Cyclopentasiloxane for emollient/solvent; volatile silicone, smooth feel, check VOC regulations.
