Incompatibilities and failure points
与单宁类多酚提取物(绿茶、金缕梅、五倍子等)同用会络合起浊起絮,现象和大豆蛋白一致,是首要排查项。与高浓度阴离子表活在偏酸 pH 下形成复合物,做透明洁面或透明水剂时会直接发白,是这一支最常见的外观事故。乙醇含量超过约 15–20% 时容易析出,做喷雾和爽肤水前必须先做乙醇梯度试验。与含铁、铜杂质较高的植提或天然色素共用会加速黄变与色偏,建议同时引入螯合剂。阳离子聚合物过量时同样起絮,洗护体系里要按比例扫窗口。
Stability
这一支本体带天然的浅黄至浅棕黄色,这是原料属性不是变质,但做透明水剂时会直接决定成品色号,客户确认样品前必须提前说明,否则会被当成品控问题投诉。微生物风险高,防腐要足量并做挑战测试。超过 80℃ 长时间加热会加深颜色并放大米糠样气味,尽量避免与油相一起长时间受热。pH 漂到强酸或强碱区会继续水解并加深颜色。批间的浊度与色度波动比大豆蛋白更明显,这是它做澄清体系时的真正难点,建议来料检验里直接加验浊度(NTU)与色度两项,而不是只看 COA 上的固含与氮含量。
Processing notes
做透明水剂有一套可复制的工艺:原料先按 1:10 稀释,经 1–5 μm 滤芯预过滤后再入主锅,成品灌装前再走一道精滤,澄清度和批间一致性都会明显改善,这一步比换牌号更有效。气味是绕不开的现实约束,米糠样气味在无香或淡香配方里一定会被闻出来,所以香精评估必须放在含蛋白的实际基质里做,在空白基质里选好的香精上机后经常翻车。投料放在冷却阶段(45℃ 以下),和防腐剂同段加入,减少热暴露。稀释液不要过夜存放,当班用完。特别注意它与米发酵滤液(Rice Ferment Filtrate)完全不是一类原料,规格书、物料编码和检验项都要分开管理,不要因为都叫「米」就在仓库串料。
