Incompatibilities and failure points
与单宁类植提络合起絮,同其它水解蛋白。与高浓度阴离子表活在偏酸 pH 下形成复合物,温和洁面若同时追求透明外观要提前做浊度试验。高电解质与高浓度乙醇会导致析出。与高浓度锌盐、铝盐体系(部分控油与止汗方向)同用可能出现沉淀,需先做小样。温和线还有一个隐性冲突:为了温和常会削减防腐体系,而水解蛋白恰恰是微生物营养源,这两件事在同一支配方里天然对立,必须在立项阶段一起定,不能等配方定稿再补防腐。
Stability
微生物风险高,防腐要足量并做挑战测试,婴童线尤其要提前锁定可用的防腐组合。加热到 80℃ 以上长时间受热会黄变,pH 极端下继续水解,规律与其它植物蛋白一致。燕麦来源原料普遍带谷物气味,在无香温和线里会更突出,香精或遮味方案要在含蛋白的实际基质里评估。冻融后可能出现轻微浑浊,需单列观察。

这一支最大的成本不在原料而在沟通:客户十有八九会把「燕麦蛋白」和「胶体燕麦」当成一回事。报价单和规格书上写清 INCI 与检测指标,并在样品说明里各写一句作用定位,能省掉大量来回。判断口径也很简单:客户真正想要的如果是舒缓成膜,应该用胶体燕麦或燕麦提取物;想要的如果是蛋白肽的成膜与调理,才用这一支;两者也可以低浓度组合,但不要用一个去顶另一个的定位。另一个实务点是燕麦常与小麦共线种植与加工,若客户同时想要无麸质表述,交叉污染的检测文件同样要向供应商索取,不能因为原料名里没有小麦就默认没有问题。投料方式与其它水解蛋白相同:冷却到 45℃ 以下加入,先稀释再入锅,控制泡沫。

燕麦蛋白水解后的多肽混合物,水溶性好、刺激性低,是婴童与敏感肌温和线里常选的成膜保湿组分。必须和「胶体燕麦 / 燕麦提取物」区分开:后者以 β-葡聚糖等多糖和燕麦生物碱为主,走的是成膜舒缓方向;前者是蛋白肽,走的是成膜保湿与调理方向。两者可以同用,但功能定位、检测指标和法规身份都不一样。
