Amino-acid cleanser OEM for Vietnam: how is the surfactant system chosen, and what must be right for notification and labeling?

Choose sodium cocoyl glutamate with a mild amphoteric copolymer for amino-acid cleanser OEM in Vietnam. Adjust pH to 4. 5–5. 5 to prevent winter crystallization. 1Surfactant System

Pair sodium cocoyl glutamate with betaine or APG. Keep pH between 4.5 and 5.5 to prevent amino-acid salt precipitation. Run a 10 °C cycle to avoid winter crystallization and haze.

2In Vietnam, a local importer or responsible entity must file a pre-market notification with the Ministry of Health under Circular No. 06/2011/TT-BYT, securing a 5-year receipt before distribution (latest texts apply).

3Labeling & Preservative Compliance

Labels must comply with Decree 43/2017, including Vietnamese INCI, net weight, production/expiry dates, and batch numbers. A preservative challenge test (ISO 11930 / USP <51>) is mandatory to prove microbial shelf life.
