Polygonum cuspidatum root extract, source of resveratrol antioxidant; water or alcohol soluble, check color shift with iron ions

Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract

Scutellaria root extract with baicalin for antioxidant and soothing effects; also provides astringent and humectant properties.

Propylene Glycol

Polyol humectant at 3-10%; hygroscopic, slight tackiness, mild irritation at high conc., verify preservative efficacy, no allergen.

Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract

Light occlusive and solvent at 1–10%; non-greasy feel, suitable for oily and combination skin

Hydrogenated Lecithin

Emulsifier from lecithin; stable, used in powder emulsions

Hexylene Glycol

Polyol solvent and humectant with penetration enhancement; limit concentration to avoid irritation, no specific allergen tag

Stearic Acid
