Incompatibilities and failure points
1)多糖在高电解质体系里黏度骤降,含高盐或高浓度电解质活性物时要先测黏度;2)与阳离子聚合物可能形成聚电解质复合物出现浑浊或絮凝;3)加量偏高时干燥后紧绷,需配保湿剂平衡;4)与高浓度乙醇体系相容性差,可能析出。
Stability
多糖体系是微生物的良好基质,**防腐挑战试验必须做**,不能沿用同类配方的结论。长时间高温会降解导致黏度下降;避免反复加热。
Processing notes
水相溶解,先用冷水或多元醇分散再升温,直接撒进热水会结团。加热上限 70℃,时间尽量短。批次间黏度有差异,来料建议按黏度指标验收。
