- Avocado oil rich in fatty acids and vitamin E; occlusive moisturizer, use with caution on oily skin.
- Butyrospermum Parkii Butter
- Shea butter for occlusive moisturizing; high melt point, rich texture, caution for oily skin.
- Cetearyl Isononanoate
- Blended ester emollient offering extensibility and lightness; non-comedogenic, good for oily to combo skin
- Octyldodecanol
- Light emollient/emulsifier at 1-5%; low comedogenic, non-greasy feel, broadly compatible, sensitive-skin friendly.
- Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate
- Non-ionic emulsifier at 1–3%; mild, easily combined with other surfactants.
- Sorbitol
- Polyol humectant with strong hygroscopy; tacky at high levels, pair with occlusives; also a solvent or adjuster.
