Incompatibilities and failure points
① 与高比例低极性液油（角鲨烷、异十二烷、硅油）搭配时，硬脂形成的结晶网络锁不住液油，静置后渗油出汗；需要中极性酯或高熔点蜡把体系拉住。② 与 pH 9 以上体系共存会皂化，膏体变稠发黏、气味走偏。③ 未精炼批次带明显烟熏-坚果气，与清淡花香、柑橘香型冲突，且这股气味在存放中会走味；浅色浅香配方必须指定精炼脱臭级。④ 与任何要求透明的凝胶、啫喱体系互斥，哪怕少量也会带来白浊与结晶点。⑤ 在 O/W 里与高盐、高浓度氨基酸盐等强电解质水相共存时乳化稳定性下降，一旦叠加硬脂结晶重排就更容易先分层。
Stability
① 化学上相当稳定（饱和度高，不皂化物本身有抗氧化贡献），常温货架期长；它的问题不是酸败，而是物理稳定性。② 返砂（graininess）是身体霜最常见的批次问题：油酸/硬脂酸甘油酯在缓慢冷却或存储温度反复波动时会重结晶成粗大晶体，成品出现砂粒感与白点，而且往往在出货一两个月后才在客户端显现，那时已经全批发完。③ 触发条件很明确：冷却太慢、冷却过程中静置不搅、成品在 25–32 ℃ 区间反复升降温（夏季海运、无空调仓库）。④ 应对是快速冷却穿过结晶敏感区间并持续搅拌；必要时对原料做回火处理——先完全熔化到 80–85 ℃ 抹掉记忆晶核，再急冷至 25 ℃ 附近保持搅拌数小时后升回工作温度。⑤ 加速稳定性必须补一档温度循环（例如 4 ℃ 与 40 ℃ 之间、或 25 ℃ 与 35 ℃ 之间反复若干次），只跑 45 ℃ 恒温测不出返砂，这是最常见的「加速试验全过、市场端全砂」的原因。
Processing notes
① 投料：油相必须加热到 80–85 ℃ 让乳木果脂完全熔化并消除晶核，这一步不能省。只熔到「看起来化了」（约 45–50 ℃）会保留晶核，成品必返砂——这是最高频的翻车点。② 冷却曲线是关键：乳化后以尽可能快的速度降温，全程慢速刮壁搅拌，重点是快速通过约 30–20 ℃ 这一段，不要在这个区间停留或静置。③ 大罐生产比小样更容易返砂：罐心降温慢、罐壁降温快，必须用夹套冷却加刮板搅拌，不能靠自然冷却过夜；小样不返砂不等于量产不返砂，这是放大生产最典型的坑。④ 灌装温度写进工艺卡定死；灌装后的托盘不要堆叠捂热，摊开冷却到室温再打托。⑤ 成品仓储运输条件要写进给客户的文件：避免 30 ℃ 以上长期存放与反复温度循环，高温季走海运要提前书面提示。⑥ 未精炼级与精炼级不可互换打样，气味与熔程都不同，换级别等于换配方。
