Incompatibilities and failure points
1)物种混淆是第一大坑:澳洲檀香(Santalum spicatum)、太平洋檀香(Santalum austrocaledonicum),以及被叫作西印度檀香但根本不是檀香属的 Amyris balsamifera,INCI 不同、香气不同、价格差数倍,合同与 BOM 上不能只写檀香油三个字。2)掺假极普遍:合成檀香醇类香料、蓖麻油、Amyris 油勾兑常见,仅靠香气无法判定,须 GC-MS 加手性或同位素分析,并配合供应链文件。3)与浅色配方:原油呈淡黄到黄色,高加量会带黄调,白色膏体需预留配色空间。4)与柑橘头香:檀香会把柑橘拖沉,做清爽定位时应改用更轻的木质材料。5)与含醛香精:结合过度会出现肥皂加木质的混浊感,调香阶段必须试配。6)与高 pH 皂基:整体耐受,但长期存放檀香醇缓慢氧化会使香气变干柴。
Stability
挥发性极低,是精油里最稳定的一类,常温避光可长期保存,陈化后香气更圆润。主要变化是黏度随温度波动明显、低温取料困难,以及长期强光下颜色加深。pH 4.0 到 8.0 内香气基本稳定。建议避光常温、满瓶保存,不需要冷藏。稳定性考核重点放在颜色随时间的变化(影响浅色配方)与包材吸香,而不是氧化酸败。
