1)紫草素对 pH 敏感,偏碱下由紫红转蓝紫再转黄,体系 pH 必须锁定;2)光照下褪色明显,透明包材慎用;3)与还原剂共处褪色;4)与铁离子络合变暗。

Stability

颜色稳定性是全部难点,光、热、pH、金属离子四个因素都会让它变。必须做光照加速与 pH 漂移试验;与客户提前约定色差范围与避光包材。

Processing notes

油相或油醇相提取物按规格投料;水相规格后加料并控 pH。不要承诺批次色一致 —— 天然色素做不到,把色板与允差写进技术协议。
