Incompatibilities and failure points

1) 含硅类成分在水中呈胶体状态，对电解质敏感：与高浓度盐类、镁铝盐、部分电解质型保湿剂同用会絮凝，静置后出现瓶底细微沉淀。2) 与阳离子表活、阳离子调理剂同用容易电荷中和而聚集。3) 与铝盐、锆盐类同用可能共沉。4) 与高浓度醇（>25%）同用胶体稳定性下降。5) 在卡波姆透明凝胶中同用可能出现云雾感，或降低触变恢复，凝胶「挂不住」。6) pH 漂到碱性侧硅酸溶解行为改变，澄清度和黏度都可能跟着变。

Stability

最常见的现象不是变质而是外观：静置后瓶底出现一层极薄的白色沉淀，透明瓶尤其扎眼，客户往往直接判成品不合格。高温灭菌或长时间高温保温会促进颗粒长大、沉淀更明显。pH 漂移会同时改变澄清度与体系黏度。常见防护：控 pH 在 5.0–6.5、必要时用黄原胶／结冷胶做微量悬浮体系、透明剂型改用澄清级或已过滤规格、避免高浓度电解质同配、成品做长时间静置观察而不只看当天外观。

Processing notes

澄清度靠过滤工艺解决，而且必须提前和客户摊牌：0.45–1 μm 级过滤或离心能显著改善透明水剂的外观，但会把一部分硅类成分一起滤掉，含量与澄清度是取舍关系，不能又要「看得见的矿物感」又要「玻璃一样透」。投料先用少量水或多元醇分散成浆再入锅，不要干粉直投。避免在高剪切下长时间循环——既带气又可能把颗粒打细后重新团聚。加热上限 60℃。放大生产的坑：管路、滤芯和泵的截留量占比与小样完全不同，收率要重算，按小样比例投料常常导致成品含量偏低；灌装前静置脱气 4–12 小时能明显减少瓶内悬浮点与气泡。判定外观建议以「灌装后静置 72 小时」为准，不要以刚灌完为准。

含以二氧化硅／硅酸盐形式存在的矿物成分，以及多糖、酚酸与氨基酸。配方中常用于清爽肤感与控油概念方向，也用作「植物矿物感」叙事的载体。要点在于它不是一个真正的水溶性单一物质，硅类成分在水中更接近胶体分散状态，配方稳定性问题多半由此而来。
