Formulation view Acne spot paste combining salicylic acid and kaolin for oil absorption, with ceramides for barrier repair. Emulsified with PEG-100 stearate, soothed by panthenol and centella. Preserved with phenoxyethanol and sodium benzoate. Factory view: acidic pH of salicylic acid must be tightly controlled for efficacy. Mineral powders need fine grinding to avoid grit. Suitable for local application on inflamed acne, not for large areas.
