最需要盯的不是配伍而是杂质:高规格提取物常带银杏酸(ginkgolic acid)残留背景,这是致敏关注点,化妆品级通常要求低残留规格,具体限值以供应商COA与限值声明及目标市场要求为准,来料必须逐批管控而不是只看首批。配伍上,视单宁与酸类背景与蛋白、阳离子体系有络合浑浊风险;与铁离子生成深色;高pH下黄酮苷易水解并变色。另外不同规格的提取溶剂不同(水提、乙醇提、丙酮提),把乙醇提规格直接加进主打无醇的配方里会破坏宣称,这类问题往往在标签审核阶段才被发现。

Stability

相对同类多酚偏稳,但仍会见光缓慢黄变、遇氧变深;高温加速黄酮苷水解成苷元,苷元水溶性更差,可能出现微浑或细小悬浮。常见做法:pH控在4.5–6.5、加螯合剂、避光包材、后加料。留样要跑光照与40℃三个月,重点看澄清度而不是只看颜色,因为这条原料的典型失效表现是慢慢变浑而不是明显变色。若配方是透明精华或化妆水,澄清度必须作为独立的放行指标。

Processing notes

这条的重点在来料标准而不是工艺。采购规格书必须写清五项:黄酮醇苷含量与检测方法、萜内酯含量(客户若有对应宣称)、银杏酸残留上限、提取溶剂及溶剂残留、载体类型(麦芽糊精、环糊精或丙二醇)。同一个INCI名下换供应商,颜色、气味、溶解度、澄清度会全变,等于重做配方,所以替代料必须走完整的小试与稳定性,不能凭COA换。工艺上粉体在40–50℃的水或水/丁二醇中溶解并过滤,常有不溶性载体残渣;乳化降温至45℃以下投料。放大生产的坑在过滤这一步:小样用滤纸随手一滤就清了,大生产不设过滤工序就会有肉眼可见悬浮,产线上要固定滤网目数并写进SOP。

主要活性为黄酮醇苷(槲皮素、山柰酚、异鼠李素的糖苷)与萜内酯类,在配方中作为水相类黄酮抗氧化组分,也常见于头皮护理与舒缓方向。客户认知度高,但市面规格从普通叶提取物到高黄酮苷高萜内酯的药用级差别极大,不同规格的提取溶剂与酸类残留背景也不同,不写清规格等于没有标准。
