Incompatibilities and failure points

1) 酚苷类在碱性条件下水解，pH 8 以上标志物含量走低，同时颜色加深。2) 与过氧化物、含活性氯等氧化性体系不相容。3) 多酚与单宁背景使其与阳离子调理剂、水解蛋白与肽类同用可能出现浑浊或絮凝。4) 遇铁离子发暗。5) 高浓度醇提液直接倒入已成型乳液会造成局部破乳或颗粒感。6) 与高浓度电解质同用可能返浊。

Stability

见光与遇氧使颜色由浅黄逐步转红棕，透明包装最明显；高温长时间保温会降解苷类，加速试验中标志物含量与颜色同步走；pH 建议控在 4.5–6.5。常见防护：避光包装、必配螯合剂、后段低温投料、配抗氧剂、灌装控顶空。因为单价高，稳定性损失直接等于成本损失，建议对高价配方做标志物含量的加速前后对比而不只看外观。

这条料的核心工作是来料验证，采购真正关心的就是这一段。掺假手法有三类：一是用同属其它种（如大花红景天等）冒充 Rhodiola rosea；二是外加合成红景天苷把标志物含量「做上去」；三是用糊精、麦芽糊精大比例稀释后仍标高倍数。验证要点：① 索要完整 HPLC 图谱而不是只看一个总含量数字，重点看红景天苷与洛塔文类、酪醇的相对比例是否符合天然来源的指纹特征——只有红景天苷一个高峰、其余几乎没有，基本可判为外加单体；② 要求提供拉丁学名、药用部位、产地与原厂批号可追溯的文件，转手商的自制 COA 不作数；③ 要求同批留样，并做批间图谱比对；④ 报价明显低于市场时先怀疑再谈价。生产上：后段降温到 40℃ 以下投料，醇提液先与多元醇或部分水相预混稀释；加热上限 50℃。配方单上要按标志物含量锁死规格，换供应商必须重新做稳定性，不能因为 INCI 名相同就直接替换。
